Dr Richard Leaver

Richard is an Advisor and Mentor at Gynii Me. He provides Gynii Me with access to specialist resources and advice.

Richard is a partner at Boundary Capital. He is an experienced CEO, Non-Executive Director and Fund Manager with over 25 years’ experience in the technology sector.

Richard has an extensive and successful track record in venture capital, having served as CEO at Blue Star Capital plc and of an offshore defence fund. This followed 5 years as a Fund Manager at Chord Capital where he and his colleagues managed aggregate assets of over £25m plus corporate investment. He has invested and successfully exited investments from 4 funds in a diverse range of technology sectors. He was formerly in senior roles with Cambridge based consultancy Sagentia Group, following 11 years with BAE Systems, in R&D.

Outside work, Richard enjoys practising his fluent Mandarin, and sharing his knowledge of great food and drinks.
