Angela Bunn

Angela is a Senior Research Manager at Gynii Me, taking a leading role at Gynii Me’s reproductive health research team. Angela works closely with the management team , creates content strategy, reviews the science behind the content and conducts interviews with KOLs.

Angela has a BSc in Biomedical Science from Imperial College London, specialising in Reproductive and Developmental Sciences. Her research at the Institute of Reproductive and Developmental Biology focused on cell culture methods for using stem cells to produce granulosa cells - an ovarian cell type essential to female hormonal regulation, follicle survival and follicle development. Her work forms a part of the wider body of research that looks at helping egg cells thrive outside the body and the future possibility of using stem cell-derived egg cells as part of fertility treatment. 

Outside work, you can find Angela enjoying one of her various quarantine hobbies: baking, crocheting and finding new walking routes for her dog!
